Panos Cosmatos’s directing debut
Beyond the Black Rainbow is undoubtedly a work of retro cinematic
genius, but about a week after watching it I still cannot understand why it
ended up along the lines of a teen- slasher movie. Unless that is, he ran out
of money towards the end.
